Using MSN Messenger these days became something usuall and also figuring out and be confused a lot thinking in case you are blocked or no became more than annoying, since the realeased of MSN Messenger v 6 series Microso$t has changed completely its API preventing developers of visual basic and C++ to use it within any of those development languages, so many websites begun to setup servers for online status check, many of them worked nice and many sorry to say that too shit, well in my case i use to code everything in vb at my own so i do also that way but within vb, after couple of try we all see that if the user is blocking you and check that privacy in general page of your MSN Messenger there will be no any blockchecker that will realy catch, since 1999 i was the first who create -Who is blocking me- and many of websites copy this name from, and they know themselves i will not name anyone because really i get bored of stupid people. So now i just go back 2 years and was remembering my old -who is blocking me- memories, and i decide to make one to be an international one known that many of users now using windows xp and it will be something nice, now may you ask why iam pressuring that much on xp, if you like to know it follow the instruction and after you have all requirements that i will tell, download -who is blocking me 1.2
