[Why this tool has been created]

Reason because i got some emails from parents that want to disallow their children from letting them access MSN Messenger and use it, as you know because sometimes there are many types of porn, viruses, illegal contents, known objects and or links being transferred over messengers, so i decide to dedicate this for those parents that care in their children’s safety as well as some of you may be you need to prevent the running of MSN Messenger.
