if your computer windos is xp or vista you should format your computer or you have to system restored your computer

you have to remove your msn from add/remove program and install it from www.msgshit.com/downloads/msn versions/windows live messanger 8.1 final

How come my webcam doesn't show on MSN live essentials..the newest version?
when i plug in my webcam it doesn't show the "show my webcam" option on msn. When ever i want to go on cam with someone on msn it says that i don't have a cam. does anyone know how to fix it??

you enter the www.msgshit.com you select the download item at the top of the page and then you select msn version you go down to msn 8.1 final you click on it and get the page down and then click downlaod msn and you will download it

i downloaded msn 9 and its wank haha,
so i uninstalled it to get the colour one agen
and i downloaded the colour one but at the end it says i have a newer version of msn ,
so i looked on the uninstall bit
and it says windows live essentials and i think tht is wht is stoppin it from installing , but when i click uninstall i doesnt seem to do nefink :S
i need my msn back haha , cant live with out
any one got any advice forr me liak ,

u have to update the old one to the latest one when it tell you it needz updating then after the installation u have to unistall them all togeva!!! itz long but workz!!

I had the same problem... iv been searching for how to "uninstall" the new windows live for ages...
(Im not sure if you have to do this nest part for the other bit to work, but this is what i did)
I finally went into all start - all programs - accessories - system tools - system restore.... I restored my system to earlier today before i tried to uninstall this program... Basically i got the new version back...
Then found a wonderful site www.ask-leo.co.uk or something... it told me to click on start - run... and then paste the following code: msiexec /x {0AAA9C97-74D4-47CE-B089-0B147EF3553C}
Then click ok. This worked instantly for me =)

i've being facing problems with all versions of msn 
, the only one that worked for a while was live beta 8 (duno know the exact name), no i keep on installing and uninstalling other versions,,and im using the first version of msn the one buit in windows,,so frustrating

dnt u think that it needs abt... mmm... a fuckin millenium to download the messenger!!??? btw i downloaded msn messenger 9 beta!!... it's cool... but u cnt add emails with @hotmail.com... we can only add @live.com... that's definitely negative...hope this one will work!!
