Description:
Run MSN Messeger without installing, modifying the system, or unpacking anything,
even as a guest user, or a computer with restricted access, with all functions enabled
such as winks, animated backgrounds, packs, handwriting, etc.

Requirements:
- Windows 2000 SP4 Rollup Update 1, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista

Notes:
- This release has nothing to do with Tigin's versions, and has numerous differences,
while his versions are usable, they lack proper testing, and attention to detail
- MSNLite does not share any settings, custom emoticons, backgrounds, etc with any
installed versions, it is entirely seperate and portable

Important Note:
- Windows 2000 is fully supported, but you must have SP4 Rollup Update 1,
without this, you can't sign in, you'll get error 80048883, replacing
ppcrlconfig.dll will do nothing, credential management api is not available
in 2000, why it even works in sp4 RU1 is still a mystery, but it works
- Windows 2000 Support:
- Handwriting, Winks, Animated Backgrounds, Video and Audio Conversations,
and Voice Clips are all verified and functioning

- MSN Mess Patch Revisions:
- All advertisements (including webcam ads), search bar removed, SQM disabled
- Most common and popular additions have been added, however I do not rearrange or remove
options or features which people may find useful, since this is intended for a general
audience and not what I specifically would use, if you would prefer not to have tabs,
or msn today you can always disable it in the options
(yes, it's trivial to remove, but not everyone wants them removed)
- MSI Installer self-repair dialogs are fixed, so regardless if you have MSN installed or not,
you will never see an MSI dialog
- Reduced file size to 13.1 MB by removing unneccessary files, cleaning registry scripts
- All cache files, custom emoticons, temporary files, program settings, etc. are all stored
in the MSN Lite folder off the directory where MSNLite is located
- Intelligent sandboxing added:
- all locations where MSN Lite stores settings, account files, and temp files are sandboxed,
leaving the rest of the system for normal use
- Sandboxed locations: AppData, CommonAppData, LocalAppData, Contacts, Cookies, Local Settings,
Program and Component File Directories (to prevent conflicts with installed versions)
- Updated program icon to distinguish from the real MSN
- Updated version info for MSN Lite (mention of release author, website)
- Added Windows 2000 SP4 Rollup Update 1 Support, all features including voice, video,
and voice clips, as well as handwriting, winks, and animated backgrounds, switches between
2000 and XP version RTC libraries (rtclib/rtcdll/rtcres/rtcrtp), and WMV9 codec (wmv9vcm.dll)
- Fixed isolation of stored usernames/password from the system, but they do not roam unfortunately
- Fixed sound events not playing on W2K/XP, unlike wlm, they use the playsound api, and thinstall
is not sandboxing the aliases in the registry, uses classic portable app method of backing and
swapping and clearing event alias' into the physical registry for the current user, curiously
this bug does not appear in vista, and the actual files are virtualized, just not the alias'
- Fixed issues from wlm lite release 6:
- Sandbox autocreated in current folder
- No slowdown on startup, much faster after firstrun
- Wisptis (Ink) process terminated properly when process is quit (unlocks the sandbox)
- Rsvp (Voice) process terminated properly when process is quit (unlocks the sandbox)

It is important to note this has gone through extensive testing in virtual environments both clean,
and after installation, in 2K, XP SP1, SP2, and Vista, to ensure a quality release for the web.

Do not ask me about "MSN Lite" releases made by other authors.
