This is a special modified version of the public beta of Windows Live Messenger 9. This skin contains some of the most requested user settings for the public beta. This skin enhances parts of Messenger 9 to suit the overall design better.

i downloaded the msnger plus live 4.79... and dwnloaded skin... and there active... but they seem to not work with this msn :S ? any answers why ?
