My msn won't work when ever I sign in it says a newer version is available and then u press download and it doesn't work

I tried that changing the compatibility to Windows 2000 and that didn't work either. HELP!!!!

the problem in which it demands install a newer version of this, this is why because your windows installer is older version first install newer version of windows installer then install msn.
