i have installed windows live messenger 9.0 but seem to have trouble signing in,but aswell i have trouble using my webcam on windows live messenger8.1 however the webcam screen just stays white all the time i have tryed to use it.
Could somebody at least try to help?

I have windows Vista, and i have spent the past 2 days searching for, installing and uninstalling different versions of Windows messenger.. NONE OF THEM WORKED!

trying to downloads and install live messenger. ive deslected all the add on componets and just went for a basic installation.. it seems though when i get to 99% comppletion of the download it just freezes up? anyone have any ideas?

every time i try to open and sign into windows live messenger nothing happens. i know i've downloaded it properly, but it just doesn't seem to open up when i click on the desktop icon - can someone pleeease help me with this? I have windows Vista. I tried uninstalling it and then installing again and nothing changed.

who cares how long it took to download, when all that really matters is if it works well and is better than the previus version. For all those that did have slow downloads then all I can suggest is that you get a faster conection and if you have dial-up then really what can you expect.

its taking me forever but i have dial up so... ai only have like 4% downloaded... and well it says its gonnaa take 4 hours and 40 mins... well it says thats remaining... i was downloading msn off the link that came with my new computer and i got it downloaded super fast, in like 10 mins top but it wont install.. it gets to 99% and then stops and wont go any further... ooh it makes me madd.

..is everyone commenting on how it takes to dload? seriously, it really has nothing to do with anything. and to ppl saying they hav new computers thats why their dload was so quick... that has nothing to do with dload speeds either. sum1 with the latest hardware but with dial-up is NOT going to download faster than one with a 5 year old computer with adsl 2+. sorry bout that little outburst.

anyways, cant get WLM to work on my comp anymore.. tried everything on every site ive read up on. always stuck at signing in. used to work before. maybe has something to do with windows updates. frustration levels are high. oh well.
